No, prior work experience is not required. Our Graduate Programme is designed to help you learn and grow on the job.

Our Graduate Programme offers a structured 12-week training that blends both technical and soft skills development. You'll receive mentorship, insurance industry training, certifications, and hands-on experience through simulated projects and a shadow role, preparing you to become a fully qualified Technical Analyst.

After training, you will join Bootcamp, our simulated project, where you will get the chance to put the theory you learned into practice. Following that, you'll take on a shadow role to observe real-world projects, preparing you for client-facing work.

You’ll earn the Insurance, Legal and Regulatory (ILF1) certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and receive ACE-level Guidewire technology training, aligning with high industry standards.

When you join Alchemy, you join as a full-time permanent employee. This is NOT a graduate programme where you have to apply for a role at the end.
