Investing in Arts and Culture

We believe in the power of the arts to inspire and uplift communities. As a sponsor of Le Foyer des Artistes, we support local and international creative talent, enabling musicians and artists to flourish. Our longstanding partnership with the Millennium Forum and The Playhouse ensures that theatre, music, and creative expression remain accessible and continue to enrich our region.

Empowering Future Generations

Alchemy is dedicated to fostering talent from an early stage. Through our collaboration with Catalyst's Generation Innovation Programme and our 'School Buddy' initiative with St Mary's College, we offer work experience and insights which encourage young people to explore careers in STEM. We partner with Ulster University, Atlantic Technological University, North West Regional College, and Queen's University Belfast to connect with students, offer early-career advice, and sponsor awards that recognise excellence in the fields of Computer Science, Software Development, and Business Analytics.

Charitable Engagement and Giving Back

Through the Alchemy Charity Team (ACT), we actively support charitable causes, raising funds and volunteering time for organisations that make a difference. From selecting Foyle Hospice as our Charity of the Year to partnering with Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), a UK-based charity focused on suicide prevention and mental health awareness in London, our employees come together to make a meaningful impact on the causes that matter most to them.

We proudly sponsored and participated in the City of Derry Airport Runway Run in support of Air Ambulance Northern Ireland. This fantastic event is for a life-saving cause, raising vital funds to keep this essential service flying and supporting communities when needed.

The Alchemy Cup is our annual employee-led charity football event supporting local charities. This year, we proudly raised £3,900 pounds for HURT (Have Your Tomorrows), helping them provide free services to over 600 people in need.

Supporting Young Talent in Sports

Through our support for the Mary Peters Trust, we champion aspiring athletes by providing funding, mentorship, and opportunities to showcase their talent. Events like the Alchemy Open (Golf Day) and Corporate Games bring together our employees and partners to support the next generation of sports professionals.
